Great coverage, time well spent - Our family of four had a really nice time being chauffeured around hot spots of Beijing at night. Our guide Hanson kept us informed of local and Chinese history as well as interesting tidbits and recommendations of local eats. Our driver “Mr. Cake” was savvy about pickup and drop off locations to maximize our experience. The tour was about 4 hours. We had had day tours before but the night tour allows you to see the city become alive at night with all of its noises and colors. My kids took most photos so my uploads do not represent all the stops. Highly recommend!

A must-do tour while in Beijing! - This is my second time in Beijing in 13 years. The first time I was here I was with a group of coworkers and we saw all the major highlights: Great Wall, Summer Palace, Temple of Heaven, Tiananmen Square. This time around I traveled alone and seeing the city at night takes it to another level. I want to thank my driver and my amazing tour guide (and my new friend) Wendy for how thoughtful, fun, informative and caring they were throughout the evening. Wendy greeted me inside the hotel lobby and throughout the night was explaining the history of the city and what I was seeing throughout the tour. She was the best! I hope others get to have Wendy as part of their own night tour. She’s a good and kind person full of energy! We had a blast together. Two things to note about my specific experience: -I was the only person my tour. (I stayed Feb 16-Feb 27, during the non-busy season so there were hardly any tourists) -I booked this tour NOT knowing it would fall on Beijing’s big Lantern Festival which marked the final day of the traditional Chinese New Year celebrations. That said, my tour was slightly different because streets were blocked. BUT - it didn't bother me one bit. it only added to the fun of the night to see all the celebrations and people filled with good joy. I did the learned about Chinese tea and did an excellent tea tasting (and purchased some to take home), went to the Hutongs/Muji Hotel Mall /night market area, Tiananmen Square, CBD landmarks, National Centre for the Performing Arts, CCTV (drive by), Bird’s Nest (drive by). It was a cold night, but it didn’t bother me because I had a wonderful time. Seeing the city at night with all lights and excitement is something I absolutely recommend if you have about four or five hours in the evening.

Best tour guide Miko - Our trip to China for a meeting was short and this night trip was unexpectedly one of the highlights. Our tour guide Miko was fun, knowledgeable and most importantly very fluent with english. He has shared very important parts of the history of china and the very nice places we could have not seen with the little time we had if we had not booked this night trip.
