Bauska Castle - Medieval castle surrounded by a picturesque scenery is located in the territory of Bauska town, on the land strip between the rivers Mūsa and Mēmele, not far from the city center.

Savor a day outside of Riga for an exclusive tour of two palaces, one castle, and the Hill of Crosses in our private day tour. You’ll ride in a premium van or 4WD Business class vehicle, depending on the number of passengers.
We’ve also planned a selection of additional highlights to enrich your day trip. Choose according to your preferences and mood from the following:
• A 30-min lunch at the Rundale Palace (starting at 4 EUR per person)
• A 30-min visit to the Motor Museum (4 EUR per person)
• An hour’s visit to a winery with wine tasting (+10 EUR per person, or minimum 70 EUR)
• A 1.5-hour visit to a beer brewery with beer tasting (+12 EUR per person, or minimum 85 EUR)
Our driver/guide will pick you up from any location in Riga no later than 10 AM to start your fulfilling and captivating day. You will be visiting the Rundale Palace, Jelgava Palace, Bauska Castle, and Hill of Crosses with an anticipated tour duration of approximately 8 hours.

Great Day Out - We were picked up at the hotel by our guide and driver. We got on really well from the start and enjoyed Pauls company and conversation. Rundale Palace was amazing, we were happy to visit out of season as there were no crowds and we could take our time to take photos. We ate the potato pancakes in the restaurant and a piece of Chocolate cake before finishing off with some Cherry Balsam.
Hill of Crosses was interesting, we had a walk around and purchased a cross at the local stall and left it on the hill before leaving.

Highly recommend! - I took this tour right before new year's, so it was just me and my guide. He was great! Not only did he give me helpful information about the places that we were visiting, he shared personal stories and answered my questions about Latvia in general. It was a great experience, and I definitely recommend it!

A must see A great contrast between Palace, old Castle, ruins, and the hills of crosses Lithuania. - It was such a lovely trip to go on and Paul was our guide and driver for the second day running. He was friendly, very knowledgeable about the history of the palace we were so lucky as my daughter and I were the only two people in the whole of Palace. It felt like we had it to ourselves.. Paul was great very helpful and he kindly took photos for us such a great trip out. We did not feel rushed, it was a very relaxed trip

One of the best trips Ive been on. - The trips was great everything was arranged and sorted out for me. The guide was fantastic and so were the conversations in the car. It is amazing how much you can learn about a country and get new perspectives on a few hours trip with a stranger.
