Excellent Spain and France Tour!!! - Hey there! My sister and I recently did the "Day trip to France and Girona from Barcelona" tour. Antoine and Fabrizio were our guides for this tour. They both did an outstanding job at showing us around Girona, Spain and Collioure, France. We loved how they struck a balance between explaining things and giving us room to explore on our own. Plus, they were always attentive to our needs and happy to stop for questions, which made the experience even better! 100% recommend this tour to anyone. You won't regret it!

An amazing day! - We had an amazing day with Fabrizio! The tour took us to some amazing towns with lots to look at and do. We started in Girona grabbing a coffee and xuixo (so yummy!), then seeing the sights. Fabrizio was very funny and knowledgeable on the places we visited. Collioure was also beautiful, amazing views everywhere and we had a great lunch there. Would definitely recommend this day trip!

Best day of the week while in Barcelona - Sounds like an aggressive schedule but it was a totally doable and enjoyable day trip from Barcelona. We met our guide Fabrizio at 8:30am and were back in Barcelona by 6:30pm, it was our favorite day trip while in Spain. Fabrizio was so accommodating and knowledgeable, he truly loves what he does and it shows. Started off in Girona where we were treated to Xuixo's (like a donut but better) and coffee. We walked the historical town with Fabrizio where he shared history and places where Game of Thrones were filmed. We were in Collioure, France by lunchtime and after a short walk about with Fabrizio we had 2 hours to explore the coastal town and enjoy mussels, wine and the beach. We would definitely recommend this trip and Fabrizio to anyone who wants to have an easy day trip from Barcelona.

We only have great things... - We only have great things to say about our tour guide Fabrizio. He kept conversations going, shared facts about each destination of the tour, and kept it interesting for the group. He showed us hidden gems in Calella and Peratallada. Highly recommend booking this tour.

Lovely experience outside the city - The trip to Girona and Collioure was lovely. We stopped in Girona and had a nice first stop at a cafe and then went through a very nice walk around the city historical center with plenty of nice medieval details and sights. Our guide Dani gave us super interesting historical and geopolitical info that helped understand and learn a lot from the region dynamics and spirit. He is very knowledgeable and connected to his culture. It was also fun to go around many Game of Thrones shooting settings 🤩. Collioure was also lovely. The small town has very beautiful landscape with colorful buildings and a nice view to the sea, nice to have a stroll around the village and enjoy the sun with a nice ice cream.

Girona (Spain) & Collioure (France) Day Trip - Another great tour by @beoutdoorsbarcelona this time with host / guide Fabrizio! 😊 From the moment I met him and he asked “Are you going somewhere?” 😅, I knew he would be an entertaining in-a-good-way host / guide for this “Two Countries in one day, Day Trip to France from Barcelona” tour. I found him very personable, a great listener but also a great conversationalist who had lots of information to share on our tour without it ever being overwhelming or uninteresting. The teacher in me also appreciated his time management skills while also allowing for time overflow when needed due to interests of the group. I also immediately knew this was going to be a great energy group the minute I met my other passengers: a Guyanese-Canadian family from Scarborough (mom, dad, son, daughter) and son’s wife / daughter-in-law, a Mexican-American from New York. Just chill vibes, good conversations, and lots of laughter all day. ☺️ The first stop on this tour was Girona where we had the most delicious Xuixos (pronounced “Chuchos”) and drink of our choice (cappuccino for me which was also excellent 😋). We walked around the old town, saw some cool set locations for Game of Thrones, checked out the Cathedral (interior still under construction), and local market where you can buy cheese, olives, cakes, etc. My favourite was the Rocambolesc Gelateria where I had the most delicious 😋 ice cream (comparable to the quality of the gelato in Italy 🤌🏾). Next stop was crossing the border into the Mediterranean coast of southern France and visiting the cute & colourful town of Collioure. We were given a couple of hours to have lunch and explore the area on our own. While I didn’t have the best lunch (never again foie gras! 😂), I loved all the cute little shops, being able to speak French in restaurants and with shop owners, and of course, the beautiful, relaxing sea. 😌 A wonderful tour and this wonderful day. 💕

FABULOUS Two Countries Tour - You've got to book this tour. Our guides; Fabrizio and Danny, were amazing. They were incredibly knowledgeable and gave us a fantastic day. We learned about the history and culture of both areas and so much more. We ate lunch at a cute cafe while overlooking the Mediterranean in the South of France. It was amazing. We especially loved that this tour is specifically for small groups, which means you get more personalized service. We can't say enough about our guides. They also helped us with great recommendations for the best restaurants off the beaten path in Barcelona. Request them when you book and you won't be disappointed! Safe and fun travels.
