Great tour of Montserrat - We did a tour of Montserrat with tour guide, Javi. It was a very interesting tour, but the best part was the information Javi shared about the history of the montastery, current operation of it, and then also general information about Spain (past and present). He provided so much information and answered all our questions. We’ve been on many tours, but we all agreed Javi is one of the best tour guides we’ve ever had. He was informative, patient, and a very smart guy! I would recommend doing this tour… and if you get Javi as your tour guide you get an extra bonus!!

Magnificent Montserrat - Javi is a rockstar! He is very knowledgeable, engaging, funny, and well organized. He made our experience so much more enjoyable. An amazing look at a hidden treasure made extra special by our personable guide, Javi. - One of the best tours of our entire trip to Barcelona. We were picked up at our hotel on time and greeted by Javi, a part-time school teacher and avid hiker/mountain climber who knew our destination well. He was quite the comedian as he explained the history and pertinent details of this majestic monastery and surrounding area. We were particularly impressed with his attentiveness to our lack of mobility issues. Finally, we returned to our hotel on time and we would highly recommend this excursion.

A truly memorable experience - It was an amazing experience made even better with our guide, Joan’s passion and love of Montserrat. Joan accommodated all the group’s wishes even though this meant rearranging the tour and staying later so we could all hear the beautiful boys’ choir sing in the Basilica. Truly a memorable experience.

OUTSTANDING! - A most amazing tour. Our guide, Ramon, was knowledgable, informative and made the tour more than just sightseeing.

Great trip even though we were robbed on the way to the site - Our guide Alex was wonderful. His knowledge was amazing and I highly recommend this trip. We were robbed on the way to Montserrat and it would have been appropriate for Viator to at least contact us that they knew of the theft.
