Itinerary:
We will collect you from your hotel in the morning. The cycling tour starts from a small village on Sukhothai’s outskirts known as Ban Kluai, We take a dirt road passing though endless rice paddies with beautiful views of the Kao Laung mountain range in Ramkhamhang National Park. Visiting the local teak wood furniture factory, we will continue our journey along small irrigation canals (Klong Mae Lampan) passing through rural villages. Arriving at the Eastern Gate we will explore some of Sukhothai’s famous ancient ruins. You will marvel at beautiful Buddhist and Hindu architecture and be exposed to some of the country’s most stunning craftmanship from a period known as Thailand’s Golden Era . The tour offers the visitor a guided cultural experience, learning about Sukhothai’s history and complex architecture as well as the story of Buddhism in Thailand. After a delicious local lunch our tour will continue to the south direction to visit the pottery street art, than arrive at Wat Chetuphon explore this beautiful ruins and our trip will continue before arriving back at the hotel around 16:00 p.m.

Best way to see and learn about Sukhothai! - Cycling around and through the historic park and countryside of Sukhothai is fun and easy. Little traffic, level roads and paved surfaces makes the cycling easy. The good amount of shade helps manage the heat on even these hot March days. The scenery....incredible! Best of all is the service provided by Sukhothai Bicycle Tour Thailand. Miaow was our guide for the day and provided an informative and enjoyable outing. She was organized and attentive to our needs, and took time to answer our countless enquiries. Miaow, you would make a great teacher! A yummy snack (with Thai treats we had not yet discovered!) and most delicious lunch from a local restaurant were provided. Thanks Miaow, and family, for creating this very memorable experience for us. Highly recommended to all visiting Sukhothai.

Do this tour with these amazing people - Waauw what an amazing day. Jib and Kob and the uncle Pen in the car they did a great job. Jib took us on very quiet roads en was greeting everybody. He knows a lot of the surrounding. We saw a lot of tempels and heard a lot os stories. On the way we had a snack and the lunch was amazing , so delicious. Thank you very much for this wonderfull day

Historical Park and more. - My wife and I did the Full Day Historical tour with Jib and 3 other guests. It was a long day with many stops along the way but the pace was easy. Jib explained so much about Thai culture, religion and of course the history of Sukhothai. Lunch was excellent at local restaurant Grandma Sert's Kitchen. Mango smoothies, appetizers and your choice of entrees. Hotel pickup and drop off was perfect. Bikes in good condition. We were glad we brought padded biking shorts. I highly recommend this tour company. 10/10!

BEST tour we could’ve imagined! - What an amazing tour! This tour had everything a tour needs to have: a funny guide with a lot of knowledge, beautiful scenery and above all, a real local experience. What separates Jib and his team from other tours is that the team is a local family from Sukothai. This resulted in a real look into the life of people of Sukothai, which was extremely interesting. Everything was also perfectly arranged throughout the entire day (from pick-up to water to snacks etc). Thank you so much to Jib and his family!

Fantastic day, made good memories - We are a couple from Norway, age 66. We worry before we go if the trip would be to challenging for us. But no worries we had a fantastic day. Great guide, good bikes, nice route, wonderful scenery and excellent guide. We learned alot of the history of Sukothai and the history of Buddha, but also about everday life in the region. We were well taken care of from pickup at hotel until return in the afternoon. We got water, local snacks and cakes and an excellent lunch at a small family restaurant.😊
We strongly recommend to take your future bicycle tour with this small family business as they are very professional and also support other locals with jobs🥰

BRILLIANT! - Outstanding on every level. Great information - super interesting (I usually always have extra questions, but our tour guide Meo(?) covered everything I was thinking before I even asked), excellent organisation, loved the homemade snacks, fabulous lunch stop. They were quick to reply to any online questions, and even kind enough to help arrange transport to the airport after the cycling tour - absolutely LOVED every minute.

Historical park tour - We done the historical park bike tour. Mrs Mem was an amazing tour guide with a wealth of knowledge of the area & culture. It was so interesting to learn about the temples history. The snacks & lunch on the cycle were amazing too! It was great to meet some locals & learn about their lifestyle.This tour is a must when visiting sukhothia!!

Must-do in Sukhothai - Making a stop in Sukhothai and choosing this cycling tour were such great decisions! It was super chill cycling among the small villages and rice fields, while learning about the local way of living and the history of Sukhothai. Miaow and her cousin took great care of us, making sure everyone is comfortable, we cross every road in a safe way and providing delicious and fresh local snacks. The Sukhothai historical park is really worth visiting and thanks to Miaow's stories we really traveled back in time. We just have to mention the local restaurant they took us for lunch - the food and drinks there were a real treat! We really can't say enough good things about this tour, the kind and smiling people we met along the way and the great organizers! 200% recommend!

A fantastic day out - great value - We loved this tour. Everyone at Sukhothai Bicycles is super friendly and helpful. The ride was excellent, through the paddy fields and villages to the great ruins of ancient Sukhothai. Miaow was very informative and interesting.
It all worked like clockwork, our lift arrived to collect us from the hotel, the bikes were ready and off we went. Transport organised to get us back. The ride is level and suitable for all abilities. Miaow laid on snacks and lunch- all delicious.
If you go to Thailand you must go to Sukhothai. If you go to Sukhothai you must go on this tour. Great value for money.

Fantastic tour - I am from Spain and I did this tour in English. This tour is fantastic. They pick you at the hotel and they have a bike adapted to you (you provide your height and weight when booking). It's very easy. You have one guide at the front and one at the back. You ride through rice fields and see them at different stages. Its amazing! The tour was very interesting, explained always under a tree or in the shade, so, despite the heat It is pleasant. The morning snacks are so tasty!! Local fried banana, biscuits... Lunch was at a local spot, tasty, nice and quiet, we enjoyed the company of our group. To be honest, I didnt want the tour to end. Miaow is very well prepared and she will explain everything with details and with good mood. She is amazing. After finishing the tour they will drop you back to your hotel. Such a good day!!
