Very nice tour - A spectacular day full of a lot of joy and very good colors in the beautiful Laguna, we had Captain Carlos who was very attentive to all our questions and doubts about the Bacalar ecosystem. We were very pleased with its magical vibe, without a doubt we will return

Excellent ride by Captain Carlos. - I loved the tour, first time with this experience, my wife and I were amazed, I recommend it 1000 times, the captain was a very helpful person and, above all, very knowledgeable about the places visited.

2 hour taxi drive from port - Our family of 11 was looking forward to this excursion. We left the port and went to the taxi. This is when we were told it was a 2 hour taxi drive to the meeting location. This information was not shared previously even though I had shared we were coming in on a cruise. I also tried to get in touch with them prior and there was no response. I never leave negative reviews but this was not resolved so hoping others do not experience this. A four hour taxi drive for a three hour excursion would not work.
