Outstanding one day private tour of Athens. - My wife and I truly enjoyed our one day private tour of Athens. Our driver Konstatinos was incredibly helpful, friendly and informative. We also engaged a private guide Alice who truly brought the sights to life with her deep knowledge of Greek history and the history of art. Alice was exceptionally knowledgeable and her explanations of the Acropolis, the Acropolis Museum, Temple of Olympian Zeus, Hadrion's Arch, the Ancient Agora, and the Panathletic Stadium added immeasurably to our visit. Our driver Konstatinos expertly navigated the busy streets of Athens to our many destinations including Lycabettus Hill, Monastiraki Square, and Syntagma Square. Our driver and guide both exceed our expectations on this excellent tour.

One Day in Athens - Spent an excellent day with Jimmy. The tour was adapted to suit our needs on the run. His knowledge and expert commentary was second to none. We had the best day and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Well planned tour with driver and expert licensed tour guide. - Wonderful private full day tour. They did a great job of planning everything. A couple days before the planned tour they reached out and asked if we would like a licensed tour guide that would actually guide you through all the sites (for an additional fee). We decided to add the licensed tour guide and it was the best money we spent. It 100% improved our tour, she quickly guided us to sites many of which we would have never found on our own. Additional she had very in-depth knowledge allowing us to ask questions and also she helped personalize the tour by asking what interested us.

Our Athens Tour with Panos - We were looking for a full day private tour, and after reviewing several options on Viator, we selected Olive Sea travel based on reviews, the itinerary and that it would just be the two of us. Leading up to our tour, I communicated with Olive Sea and would receive speedy responses. This was key to giving me confidence that I chose the right company. The day before I received the name of our Driver and specific details of where to meet him. Our driver Panos was waiting exactly as stated. Now the quality of our tour was in his hands, and he did not disappoint! He was upbeat, friendly, knowledgeable, and had excellent English communication skills. Not only did we go to the listed sites he also took us to perfect picture spots and to witness the changing of the guard at the President’s residence. Fascinating! Also, the lunch that was included was delicious. Thank you again Panos for a great tour of Athens!

Great Way to See Athens! - What a great way to see Athens! Giannis was so much fun and very accommodating as he drove us to various sites around the city. His knowledge of the area was incredible, and helped round out the experience.

pricey but good - getting picked up when it’s a hot day and staying cool is helpful, Elias was helpful in providing insight on what to see before each stop and is a local . So details of structures is covered and sure athens wasn’t built in a day but we saw what’s needed in one . Local cuisine will fill u up. if you don’t want to sweat your day around or want customized visit , this can meet your demand

Worth a visit. - We had a fantastic day in Athens recently with a brilliant guide Sotirios. He was very knowledgeable and easy to understand. Athens was very hot, busy and dusty. My advice would be to wear comfy flat shoes preferably trainers as there's a lot of uneven surfaces and a lot of steps. Take water with you. Use a guide if possible so you can learn about the history etc. We then had a look around the Olympic Stadium which was really interesting and only a short walk away from the Acropolis. Great Day Tour seeing it all! - Having a guide and a private car is the way to go it really makes navigating and seeing all of the sights painless. Our driver was excellent and spent a solid 8 hours with us taking us to all the major sites for first time Athens visitors left us very impressed. Communications from the driver/guide was solid Felt like I really understood Athens much better than If we went on our own

Somewhat disappointing Tour of Athens - We hit all the important sights but I expected that we would have a tour guide at both the acropolis, Agora, and the Acropolis museum. Instead we had a driver that took us to these places. Our driver gave us information about each place but we did the tour by ourselves. The restaurant that we had lunch at was fair.
