Pozo Azul tour - The 4x4 was necessary to get there and our driver was good. It would have been difficult to find Pozo Azul on our own. Beautiful clear water pools for swimming and easy trail down to them. Guides did not speak much English but were conscientious and attentive. Well worth the money . Recommend this excursion.

Pozo Azul, natural beauty surrounded by mountains - We visited the Pozo Azul with friends from Caminando el Valle, the place is beautiful, it is worth knowing. Our guide Rafael was very attentive and helpful, he helped us with photos and to climb the different levels of the well with due care, to enjoy all the amenities of this beautiful place. During the tour they provided us with floats and towels, they also included a snack and drinks (soda and water). In the same way, as part of the package there is transportation from the valley to the Well and from the Well to the Valley. It should be noted that there is a small bathroom and changing area when you arrive at the well, although it is quite rural, everything was very clean and tidy. Keep in mind that you have to go down and up a large number of stairs (they are very safe and have a cord so you can hold on). It was a family visit, I went with my children of 7 and 16 years old. We had a great time, the place is beautiful, it has several waterfalls and several wells are formed at different levels. It is important to wear good aqua shoes (shoes or sandals for water or river) since there are many stones and they will help you protect your feet and avoid slipping on the stones.

Unforgettable Experience - The drive over the mountains was a true 4x4 experience and wildly intense. The waterfall was gorgeous, as were the other vistas and lookouts. We also enjoyed the nice touches of the towels and pillows, floats, fresh fruit, fresh juice, and the Pollo Sopa (traditional Panamanian soup). Our guide explained our trip and sites very well. He missed our morning appointment but made up for it.

Amazing - Amazing! Was not expecting a private tour. They picked us up from Bodhi hostel in a truck and talked to us about panama history and culture during the drive. Once we were at pozo azul, they made sure we were safe. For example, We wanted to jump in off a rock, so Rafael jumped First to show us the safe way to do it. Would book again!

Excellent trip! - Lovely trip, well organized with excellent and attentive guides. The ride to the waterfalls is a solid 45 minutes, up and down some rough terrain, but the result is most definitely worth it! Waterfalls are stunning, the water warm, and lots of good scrambling as well if that's your thing. We will definitely be back.

Breath-taking scenery, fresh air, and lots of fun! - Everything was excelent. The guides were very nice and helpful and gave us a one-of-a-kind experience around El Valle and the surrounding areas. Las Pailas de Loma Grande were beautiful, with cristal-clear turquoise waters and an all-around clean and breath-taking scenery. Our guides picked us up and brought us back to the place we were staying at. The roads were quite damgerous, so hats off to our guide Ahmed for making it a smooth and safe trip. Bryan was our guide inside Pozo Azul itself and was very kind and helpful. He made sure we were comfortable and safe was was always available and ready to show us around the area. He also brought us some snacks and drinks, and even some floaties! It was an all-around great experience and I can't wait to tell my friends about it (and maybe even come back a few more times)

It's an adventure ! - It's an adventure just to arrive at the Falls! Once you get there, be prepared for a steep hike and some climbing, nothing too crazy as long as you are dressed properly and in decent shape. The swim is very refreshing, and the falls and scenery are beautiful 😍 Unfortunately, we requested an English speaking guide, and Anthony knew very little English. He also left the guests to maneuver the hike there and back, alone to figure it out . It's probably not the safest thing to do,considering wet slippery rocks and broken walking planks.

Do not interact with this company - My tour was cancelled as I was not in the pickup area for the tour. There was poor communication between the operator. I told them where my hotel was located and I did not get a response until after the cancellation window. Would not recommend doing business with this company.
