After gathering the produce, you are then brought to their rooftop cooking studio where you prepare your own lunch or dinner. From there, you have a fantastic view of mountains as well as the Volcano. By sharing their food, you will feel like you are part of their culture!

A day as a local ! - Milton was fantastic, the tour of the market was amazing, could not have navigated it without him
His house and veranda kitchen was beautiful and the food delicious

Amazing authentic cooking experience!! - Milton was an excellent host and teacher. He introduced us to a wide variety of native fruits and foods at the local market. We then cooked an authentic 4 course Guatemalan meal at his rooftop studio in the nearby hills. There were five of us guests in total so it was a very small and fun group. Highly recommend!! You will not be disappointed!!

Super fun and delicious food! - This was such a great experience! Milton was wonderful and taught us so much about Guatemalan cuisine and culture. Everything we ate was so fresh and fun to prepare. Highly recommend!

Great time - It was just me and Milton and we had a great time. Even though I was solo, there was great conversation and I could ask all the questions I wanted. We made a lot of good food and I couldn't even eat it all. Would recommend to try some authentic food.

Guatemalan cooking class - We had a wonderful time with Milton and his sister. We learned how to make traditional guatemalan food. We made pepian de pollo tostados, roasted salsa, and rellenitos. Everything was excellent. I can't wait to get home and make these recipes.

A must if you are visiting Antigua! - Milton's cooking class was the best experience I did while visiting Antigua! It is SO much more than a cooking class - Milton likes to keep the classes small so there were only 5 people in our group, which made for such a personalized and special experience! We toured the largest market in Antigua, learned about all the ingredients we would be using, and then spent the afternoon learning about Guatemalan culture and cuisine from Milton and his family. Milton was so kind, knowledgeable, and his cooking class is an experience that I will remember for a long time! Not to mention, the food was incredible :)

Amazing market tour/cooking experience - The market tour and cooking class was a great experience. We started in the market and learned more about the local economy as well as discovered some new fruits. Then we arrived at the cooking class with was held on a rooftop overlooking two volcanoes, including Fuego which we saw explode! We made three courses, one of which was the National dish of Guatemala, and had an excellent time. The cooking instructions were helpful and everyone was encouraging. Would 100% do this again!

Guatemalan cooking class - We enjoyed the food and the tour of the market. Milton was knowledgeable about the local market and was able to answer our questions throughly. He included provided age appropriate cooking tasks for my daughter and we both enjoyed the activity.

An amazing cultural experience! - Milton was a great tour guide, friendly and very informative. He spoke about Guatemalan culture while showing us around the market, and introduced us to many different ingredients used in Guatemalan cuisine. After the market tour the cooking class was also amazing, we cooked on his rooftop with beautiful views. The food was delicious, and the whole experience had a very laid back vibe. I would highly recommend this, it was a great experience and our highlight of visiting Antigua.
