Well organized, pleasant experience - Well worth the money! Very well organized. We booked the night before, and everything went smoothly. The lunch was good, the trip was relaxing, the boat was very stable. Just not the best place for snorkeling - too shallow. Also it was hardly possible to enjoy the trip between the Ang Thong islands as it was during the lunch on boat. But kayaking was a really great experience. Recommend taking hiking shoes/sneakers for the walk up to the viewpoint.

Would recommend. Great trip! - Well organised efficient tour. They provided an Included lunch with vegetarian alternatives - a lovely Thai green curry to accompany the rice and fruits. Just make sure to let them know in the notes when you book, they do very clearly ask you for any dietary requirements. There were also other included refreshments given throughout the day in terms of water, juices, fruits and snacks. The vertical hike was challenging in the heat, but worth the view, and they had fab photographers that capture the most beautiful photos of you at the summit - no extra costs. Kayaking was also fun. Great trip overall.

Brillant - Great day out, great service. I actually passed out on the boat and the staff were amazing. So attentive I can’t fault them at all. Made sure I was ok and looked after me. Food was great. Beaches and viewpoints were amazing. Only thing I would say is if ur going to do the kayaking you do leave the beach and kayak to the next one, i ended up leaving my bag at the first beach thinking we was going back. But they were fab and sent someone back to the island to grab it for me!! Defo worth booking this trip.

Good day out, but snorkelling very disappointing - This was a good day trip. The boat ride over was very good, and lunch was excellent. The first stop, we climbed the steps to the view point - be warned this is no easy feat! My Fitbit equated it to climbing 55 floors. But the view was stunning and worth it for the IG photo! I did the kayaking as well - I would recommend to do that, as the snorkelling is not very good here. At the last stop, there was another climb to see the blue lagoon - another 25 floors!!! This one was not worth it in my opinion. (You’re not allowed to swim in the lagoon). If you are an active person, then overall I’d say this is a great trip. If you’re less active, give it a miss.

Too long and a lot of sitting around waiting to move on - Very long day , great value . If you don’t want to climb to the view points or kayak there’s little else to do . The National parks are all ‘dry’ areas . Have done a few boat trips and this was not the best.

Nice to see but not in these conditions - The Angthong maritime park is surely worth being visited. Very beautiful maritime landscape ; magic view from the view point that you can reach after 30 mn walking / climbing and... sweating (good physical condition required). The 20 mn kayaking are rather entertaining and anyway more than the short walk to the disappointing Emerald lake and the snorkeling, that gives you no chance to see anything valuable where it was proposed to practice it. But the travel conditions we experienced are definitely much less positive. Not that much the lenght of the travel between Ko Samui and the maritime park (1h45 mn each way), that we knew in advance and that we had chosen (versus the faster trip in Speed boat) for the possibility to move on the boat. But all the rest ! This was mainly due to the extremely high number of passengers on the boat (120 persons on the day we did it, while the travel agency had promised 80 max). This made everything uncomfortable (the least that can be said) and lenghty. Imagine these 120 people queuing at the lunch buffet served on the boat (and the quality of the lunch did not justify it, I can assure you) and trying to find a seat. The transfers between the big boat and the islands (in long tail boats) took also a lot of time (note : speed boat can reach directly the islands). And this is also without considering all the other tourists (and also possibly local pupils) doing the same kind of tour with other boats...Think of it when choosing an option for your tour.

Not worth it. - This is a very long day, the boat journey to the islands is nearly 3 hours long. The boats was rammed and so you end up sat in the same place for the entire journey. It was probably close on 100 people on board, and although they gave out life jackets there was no safety brief. The jackets were also taken away from you for the return. The food served at lunch time was basic and with so many on board, you would be lucky to have it warm. The kayaking was pleasant and not to strenuous. There were two stops, the first at the lagoon. To get to the lagoon you had to climb extremely steep narrow steps. Coming down them was something of a challenge, you need to be sure footed and reasonably fit. The second stop for two hours at a beautiful beach. You could climb to a view point or do a trek but they said it would take an hour there and back. It was high and no doubt steep . As for Snorkeling there is not a lot to see. So 6 hours in a cramped uncomfortable boat for 3 hours ashore definitely not worth it. I would not recommend.
