Innovation and Originality! - I was most interested to see how the world has changed over the past 30 years. Your Art showed this in relation to Feminism and Race for example. Most original and innovative installations. Must re-visit again!

Modern art in cool architecture - Cool museum, absolutely worth seeing for lovers of modern art! But if you don't like it, you probably won't like it... Architecturally interesting building. Nice museum café. Free audio guides in various languages. You should allow at least 2 hours.

A disappointing collection and visitor experience. - There is little logic to the layout of the galleries and signage is confusing. The audio guide uses older technology and the commentaries do not relate to specific works of art.

Left uninspired and bored. - The labelling of artwork was difficult to follow and find especially for work on central tables/plinths. The English translated exhibition text was weakly written, for example saying that Picasso’s and Matisse’s treatment of concubines was done in a different and less controversial way was a weak unsupported argument in the colonial room. Lots of unknown artist made for an overwhelming visit. I have recently been to the MACBA in Barcelona and the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation in Lisbon there the artwork was better curated and this made for a far superior and enjoyable experience.

Countercaller!? - Always enjoyed visiting the Stedelijk Museum, but the friendliness of the staff is deteriorating! Ordered a muffin twice in the restaurant and never received it. Unfriendly/brutal or perhaps overly stressed staff? Security in the museum also very unfriendly and rude. Shame! Beautiful exhibitions! Luckily that's the case again...

Modern Art - Don't begrudge me but I understand little or nothing about modern art. It is very large, there are many rooms and there is even a van Gogh at the entrance.

Nothing unmissable - I recommend visiting only if you are passionate about modern art. The ticket price is too high for the proposal offered.

What amateurism! - Even with a time slot, there was an endless line for the Marina Abramivic exhibition. People with and without tickets stood in line. What a show of incompetence from the museum that they are not able to organize this properly! What amateurism! We did NOT stand in line!

Why time slot if you have to wait in a long line - Why book a time slot if you have to wait in a long line? Already booked for Abramovic in December..... Have left :-(
