Giethoorn day trip - The trip was nice to see the beautiful town. The tour guide/driver was excellenced in showing us the place. However the pick-up process at the beginning of trip need to be improved. Since there were many operators did the same tours going to the same destination at about same time. All tours people were confused and did not know who would pick them up. You should assign a number or something, then the tourguide/driver shows the number on big sign, then it would be easier for both parties.

The most beautiful place in the Netherlands - This is a secret paradise. An amazing place coming from a fairytale. Venice in the Netherlands. The best place we have visited during our stay in the Netherlands. Cannot Be missed.

Amsterdam trip - It was a private tour that took 2 of us to the small town. With a Chinese speaking guide for my mom. The tour guide was very professional and attentive all the way and we had a wonderful time.

A lovely day - Absolutely loved it. Big cheers to our guide Veronica. If you’re in Amsterdam definitely do this. It’ll be WORTHHH it.

Highly recommended tour.. - The trip exceeded our expectations, it felt like being with family on the road. Starting with Cherry (Our tour guid and owner), she was so kind and caring, making sure that all of us were around and we are experiencing the attraction's fully. Highly Recommend - This is a unique experience and a must! This tour group is small, only 7 of us in a van, which feels private. Veronica is an excellent tour guide, gave us a lot of history and what’s going on in these places. Gieethorn is even better in person, we were all in one boat floating through scenic canals. Very timely excursion and not rushed.

Nice trip to dutch village. - The trip was well worth it. The guide was knowledgeable and seemed to enjoy her job. The only down sides were the visit to Schaanse and the boat trip. It seemed as we went to Schaanse only to be allowed to shop and didn't have time to visit the windmills. The boat trip would have been much better if the tourists didn't have to drive the boats. They were hard to steer. But, all in all, enjoyed Giethoorn very much.

Picturesque town but skip the touristy windmills. - Loved the town of Giethoorn itself but I feel there were too many people for one guide to handle effectively. Finding the guide at the meeting point was a problem as there were two large groups for AMA waterways at the hotel. Extremely chaotic and instructions on where exactly she would be located could have been clearer. She walked very fast and other members of the group were much slower. Surprised that we had to drive our own boat as well.

Beautiful town, disorganized tour - Geithorn was beautiful but the tour was disorganized.. The night before the tour, I received a message saying that my tour was cancelled, and I could be added to this alternate itinerary. It wasn’t my first choice, but I accepted and was looking forward to the tour. The driver arrived 10-15 minutes late, and it was her first day on the job. The passenger van had a strong odor, so our guide began the tour by spraying perfume around the van. It was the driver’s first day, so I can understand her confusion on the directions, but our tour guide was also confused and provided us with awkward narration and story telling during the long drive. The tour lasted 9 hours, but lunch is not included. The tour ended with a last minute change to the drop off point to avoid traffic. The driver and guide were very nice people, but I suggest trying a different company.
