- In case of bad weather we provide umbrella’s or poncho’s. In some cases of bad weather or season we might use a covered boat. In case the tour is cancelled by the operator, you will be offered a different date or a full refund.

- Our crew speaks both Dutch and English. The tour is given mainly in English.
- Please make sure that you are at the departure location at least 10 minutes prior to your departure time for your check in.

We depart at the big boat dock in front of the Central Station. This is a busy area, so please be 10 minutes in advance to find our blue colored boats.

Epic Boat Tour!! - Wonderful Experience!! Highly recommended. We did this tour as a last minute booking one evening and after searching other companies, I found this one and the great reviews. Well worth it!!
Both the Guide and Captain were excellent. Both Knowledgeable and entertaining.
Our tour included free Heineken, wine, hot cocoa, soda, and water. Blankets also provided for cold nights.
The start location was excellent to see both the narrow canals and the main waterway. Many historic sights and lots of information provided.
We booked right at sunset and were fortunate to see the sunset AND the bridge lights. Wonderful!
We will definitely use BoatAmsterdam.com again!

Would recommend! - The boat ride was a great experience. Kevin was a great tour guide and was really entertaining and we enjoyed it so much to learn about the history of Amsterdam. 10/10 would recommend!

Awesome experience! - Absolutely loved the boat tour, plus unlimited drinks!! The guides were really nice and helpful. Would highly recommend! I was luckily the only one that day for the tour so basically had the entire boat to myself!

Absolutely Perfect! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! - The views and the guides were amazing! I cannot recommend this tour enough. I was apprehensive at first since there were few previous reviews, but I love that I went on this tour! Because it is a small company, I felt like I got a more personalized tour. While the boat fits around 30 people, my tour only had 3 of us, so we got a personalized private tour just because no one else booked for the same time slot. We saw all of the main sights, and our guide Pippin gave great stories and history about the things we were seeing. They gave us umbrellas to help with the sun, and offered us unlimited drinks. The options were beer, wine, soda, or water. This tour was absolutely a great deal, as I ended up with an open boat, private tour with drinks included for less than the price of the big closed top tour boats with audio guides only. I loved this smaller company as I definitely skipped some huge lines on the docks for other tour companies. Unfortunately I cannot remember the name of our skipper, but both him, and our guide Pippin were incredible hosts and if I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Good value for price paid - Very happy with the canal cruise, the staff was friendly. They had drinks and blankets as it was a little chilly. Left on time and got back on time. Boat wasn’t as cute as some of the other boats that’s the only reason I said it wasn’t 5 stars. But value for price paid was good.
