A Jordan treasure over 8 days - Thank you so much for a wonderful trip through the beautiful Jordan. Thank you for safe driving over the last 8 days Mohammed. You were not only a driver but also a tour guide and ensured that we had a pleasant stay at each point we visited. Thank you for capturing some of our memorable moments and sharing with us. From visiting the Castle, Jerash, the Dead sea. The beautiful Ma'In where we could relax in the natural Hot spring pools, Petra -what an experience and walking 4.5 hours and only could manage a bit of the beauty. Wadi Rum and the 3 hour Jeep drive - so special and beautiful sleeping in the desert camp. Ending in Aqaba with a 4 hour boat ride with the glass bottom to view beatiful corals, snorkling and lunch and a last swim in Aqaba. A wonderful 8 days and 7 nights through the history of Jordan. Such a great tour - Excellent hotels, great service, and meticulous preparation. Ali, our driver, was outstanding. He organized expert tours recommended the best local restaurants for us to eat at, and knew all the interesting location to visit and shop. Consider staying two days at the Wadi Rum Bedouin Camp. It has magic. You won't regret it. We'll go on another trip with them for sure. Highly suggested.

Wonderful experience! - The historical sites were all included in our tour. We were able to add more events and shopping areas during the course of the seven days. This tour company should definitely go above and beyond, in my opinion! Also, the value is amazing! Thanks for a great team.

Extraordinary!! - Thanks to VJL, we had a lovely time in Jordan. Our tour guide Emad left a lasting impression on me. He provided timely responses to all of our inquiries and, using our list of must-see attractions, designed the most incredible itinerary for us. Sammi, our driver, was pleasant, engaging, and well educated. Our resorts in Aqaba and the Dead Sea were amazing, and our local guides in Petra and Wadi Rum were outstanding. Anybody interested in learning more about the stunning and welcoming nation of Jordan should definitely check out.

Book with confidence! You will see all the sites in perfect amount of time! - Emad 5 star Fawwaz: 5 stars Hotels: 4 stars Experience: 5 stars Going to be a long review so prepare to read. TLDR: Book with confidence, Emad is amazing and the tour exceeds all expectations. Some hotels are better than others. The tour is perfectly spaced out to see everything you need! Long version: We are a couple from Canada that were on our honeymoon…Booked through Viator Before we booked, we had another tour lined up, but decided to go with this because a few hundred $$ more, it was private. We were a bit hesitant to book because not many reviews on Viator, but Emad made everything go as smooth as possible. Our expectations weren’t that high since we were so unsure what to expect.. First of all, get your Jordan Pass and get it in advance and save it to your phone. Save time and headaches. All the holy sites you have to pay but most we paid was 12jod each. Make sure you have whatsapp on your phone since its very handy. Emad had everything booked, all you gotta worry about is some food and water for yourselves. Onto the tour: We booked 3 star hotel package. Emad messaged me on Whatsapp shortly after booking to introduce himself and asked for our flight information. I confirmed the 3am arrival and he said no problem, which it wasnt 🙂 He provided a list of hotels we were staying at from my request which he booked for us, for our itinerary for our families to know were we are. He messaged me before our departure flight and on arrival letting me know safe travels and welcome to Jordan. We arrived in Amman at 3am in the morning, he was in arrivals with a sign with our names on it, but even better he had a big smile on his face. He was very welcoming. He told us some jokes to break the ice and let us know we are incredibly safe and told us about himself on our way to our first hotel. All the hotels were in our name for easy checkin. All hotels provide atleast breakfast, some offer dinner aswell. Emad checked in on us every day through whatsapp and told us what time we were being picked up the next day, he was always friendly, telling us stories of areas we visited, drove very safely. Emad had to leave us short due to family matter but he got us new drivers flawlessly so we had nothing to worry about. We had Drivers Fawwaz and Ghassan. Fawwaz was very funny, stopped to treat us to watermelon, lots of stories. Ghassan was very friendly for our ride to the airport. Emad at all times, We had absolutely nothing to worry about. Outstanding service. 5 Star service. 3 star tour hotels: Amman Big Benn Hotel was very good! The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. There Bit of confusion on our end for booking with the late checkin at 3am but they held a room for us and had no issues.Breakfast was continental but was good! You have to call/visit front desk to order but not a problem. Good wifi and TV. Tip: Use the Careem app (similar to door dash/Skip the Dishes) to get dinner. Highly reccomend Sahara Indian food. Hands down the Best in Amman. Dead Sea: All inclusive Ramada Hotel, buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner were included! Hotel had free shuttle to dead sea, pool, gym. Good wifi. Our bedsheets were a bit dirty on arrival though. Luckily, we got back from the sea at a good time and caught the cleaner remaking our bed and not changing the sheets so we politely asked him to change our bed sheets, he did no problem. It was night and day difference so be careful. The shower was built wrong, the floor graded away from the drain so instead of going to the drain, it flooded the bathroom. No ones fault exceptuu who built the shower. At checkout, the hotel staff asked for our opinion and how they can improve, we told them the good and bad (shower grade and not changing sheets) and obviously didnt like our answer and were immediately rude until we left. We weren’t trying to be picky but they asked and we gave feedback. This was all the hotels problem, not the tour operators. Still a decent hotel just make sure room is properly cleaned on arrival. Easy fix 🙂 Emad was right out front for us. Petra: Edom hotel is Very VERY close to Front gates to Petra! Literally a 2 minute walk! Hotel staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was good! Lots of restaurants close to the front gates for dinner literally across the road, very straight forward from hotel to the front gates. Wifi was excellent. Cleanest rooms. Outstanding. Wadi Rum: Leaving petra At this time our driver was now Fawwaz. Emad had to go at petra but he let us know through whatsapp the new drivers name, and time he would pick us up the next day. Fawwaz welcomed us open arms with water bottles in each hand. Fawwaz was very funny and stopped at our request. He explained to us the process, the Bedouin camp will get a driver to pick you up from the parking lot. Fawwaz told us everything about jeep tour time, what time he will be at parking pot the next day, and us to remind the host. Fawwaz waited with us until the driver showed up. Easy process. You get one of the collest shock and awe moments when you go into the desert because its absolutely stunning! When we arrived upgraded from deluxe tent to bubble dome that had private bathroom which costed extra. We are glad we did. Highly recommend upgrading! Dinner and breakfast were good. Hotel staff were up and down, we talked to some and were friendly but then some weren’t, we think was because of language barrier so misunderstanding, but no hard feelings. The guy running the camp was very mellow and i asked about our driver taking is back since it was a bit past our dropoff time back to the parking lot and he told me “I dont know, you figure it out”.. Luckily, Emad to the rescue on whatsapp. I messaged him, he called Fawwaz within minutes and the driver showed shortly after. Again, host/hotel peoples problem, Emad and Fawwaz, again, were exceptional. We didnt stay overnight in Aqaba, we went back to Amman since our flight the next day was out of there. Same hotel as first few days. The hotel staff were extremely kind. Called our room and asked if we want breakfast lol they remembered us, very friendly staff and room was good! Things to do: The best thing about going to all these places, all at your own pace! Emad let us know estimated times but reassured us to take our time. There is no rush. All at your own pace. Emad was very informed about all the sites. He also made several extra stops at our request for photos, pit stop, snacks, no problem. Same with Fawwaz. Amman/Al-Jun Castle/Jerash/Mt.Nebo/Baptism site: Lots of walking, lots of history, amazing sites We are not religious but respected and enjoyed all the stories we heard and were humbled from the sites. Jerash is amazing ruins. Dead Sea: Get your mud on! Perfect relaxing time and chill beach day. We spent 2 hours at the beach, more than enough time. We arrived in the afternoon and relaxed for the evening and enjoyed dinner and had all of the next day for the beach and pool! Very straightforward. Relax! Petra: Lots to see, perfect amount of time, prepare to say no to alot to sellers. We got there at 11am and walked on the gate and were in it until 5pm. Plenty of time to see everything. If you want higher treasury photo, (not the very top 300 step one+See photos) when you enter treasury area (Wow moment), immediately turn right and will see fenced rock wall+sellers guarding the way around it. You have to haggle to get up there but Its 100% worth the photos you will get. Then keep going into petra! Theres lots to see! The next day pickup is not until noon so if you want to got to go in the morning when opens at 6am its more quiet you can! Tip: Haggle to 5jod per person to go up to photo view. Some paid 30 jod… you have to pay another 1 Jod per person up top too. Total of 12 Jod. 100% worth it. Wadi Rum: After our driver picked us up from the parking lot from Fawwaz, he immediately took us onto our tour. Get sunscreen on and prepare to be Wow’ed because you’re now you’re in Star Wars and/or Mars. You’ll be in the back of a pickup truck stopping at sites. Eventually make your way to camp, another wow factor. Really got us excited. Enjoy the jeep tour, recommend it for sunset time if you can. Defenitly watch the sunset and Relax! 🙂 The dinner is traditional Bedouin buffet style where they cook rice and meat in the sand. Very authentic. Then… enjoy the stars. Best in the world to see. Tip: Upgrading to bubble dome is worth it! Private bathroom and big open view. Aqaba: After wadi rum, Fawwaz got us to Aqaba. Beautiful beach town. 4 countries bordering the water. He took us right to the pier that got us on our glass boat tour (part of the tour) and had so much fun! After an hour of the tour then auick shopping, we headed back to Amman. Overall: Get your Jordan pass! Pays for almost everything, except holy sites but they are very cheap entry. Careem app is handy for Amman for food. Haggle and say no alot in Petra. Upgrade to bubble dome if you can. Dont take it personally people are rude, it happens. But do please be considerate. The service provided by Emad, Fawwaz, Ghassan is 5 stars exceptional service. Friendly and lots of laughs. We felt very safe everywhere we went, no problems or concerns. This tour package has perfect timing of site seeing and relaxing so you dont get burnt out. This tour exceeded well beyond our expectations. Book with confidence and ask for Emad or Fawwaz!
