Amazing Tour! - We had a tremendous adventure today. Our group was 12 in all and we were met right off the boat about 25 yards off the pier. Could not have been easier. We had a full 6.5 hours of touring and saw beautiful snowy mountains, a glacier, volcano, lava fields, the continental divide between North America and Europe, an incredible waterfall and so much more. I highly recommend this tour.

A great experience in Akureyri - Great experience from start to finish. The group met us at the cruise port pier and were easily identifiable. Biggie was our driver and he provided a great day and explained all the stories of our excursions. We never felt rushed at all our stops and had plenty on time to quickly explore and take pictures. Thanks Again! Rick & Eileen

A Magical Day and a main reason to visit Iceland - This was one of the main areas I wanted to see in Iceland and it did not disappoint. One amazing sight after another. Feels like you are in another world. Lake Myvatn was so clean and clear we drank from it. The Falls were magnificent. Had a nice authentic lunch at the visitor center area. Geothermal features so interesting. This is part of why one visits Iceland.

GREAT TOUR! - This was an absolutely terrific tour. Despite some rainy weather and crowds at some of the attractions we were able to navigate the crowds and see everything. One of the very best tours we've ever taken.

Fascinating Landscape - This was a great tour with a very knowledgeable driver. He made adjustments to the sites seen based on the group's interest. Topography in this area near the volcano was fascinating.

Great tour and director, but watch out for the flies! - Great small group tour. The tour director/ driver shared a lot of interesting information about the region. I wish we could have spent more time at Godafoss Waterfall. I also wish we had been warned ahead of time of the fly problem over the summer. That definitely put a damper on our tour,.

Great trip! Must improve their pick up procedures so travelers do not miss a fabulous trip. - We took our trip 9/9/23.The excursion was wonderful and our driver and guide "Biggy" was suburb. He took us everywhere and explained everything about the sights we were seeing as well as facts about living in Iceland, its culture and history. 5 stars! The pick up was terrible. There was a change in where the ship was docked So they changed where they did the pick up but we didn't know that. Imagine Iceland had someone holding a sign along with dozens of others holding signs. There were buses and vans all over the place. We weren't expecting that and walked to the pick up point that was listed on the ticket. The vans should have been told to drive by that pick up point to see if anyone was there before leaving on a tour. There were 6 of us waiting for more than 20 min. Someone called Viator and asked what was going on. A van showed up finally but it only had room for 2 and the owner was not going to call for another van. He was upset with us that we didn't see him at the pier! The other 4 missed the trip. 1 Star!

the tour itself was... - the tour itself was wonderful BUT . . the guy that was checking us in to a van/bus for the tour was very rude and so unorganized. Our van left 25 minutes late (after all the other vans) because he couldnt figure out who was to be on our van. Thw was a poor way to start the tour.

Chariot race - The scenery was breathtaking. A country of contrast. Beautiful and brutal. 5 star rating was not possible as the minibus left the pickup point late. The driver/ tour guide was racing to get ahead of the large coaches which impacted on our time at the stop off points.
