Great way to explore the mountains - Very quick response to my booking and delivered and collected the bike at my apartment. The bike was great and was provided with helmet and lock at a very good price. Thanks, I enjoyed my ride in the mountains and along the coast

Perfect service! - Excellent service and super friendly service provider. Very good quality bike. Just a very slight problem when shifting gears, but don't hesitate to call the service provider who handles any repairs or problems. I happily recommend this rental company who drops off the bike at your hotel or residence and picks it up in the same way. PS: Small downside, bike rental prices in Tenerife are very expensive! I think demand would be greater if prices were a little more moderate.

Excellent Service - Today we rented two Trek Powerfly E-MTB’s at Bike Rental Tenerife. The bikes were delivered at our hotel, included in the price! During our tour, we were unfortunate that the chain of one of the bikes broke. We informed Bike Rental Tenerife about this and within 20 minutes the bike with the broken chain was exchanged into another one. We have experienced this as a top service! Thanks!

Very good service - Delivered to Hotel and top quality Treck bike. Helmet and lock provided and charger. Good advice before leaving…made sure all was ok. Would definitely use again.

Good service - All went smoothly and the service was very good. The bike was ok but not great. For driving around it was good but for the mountains you want a better bike.

E-Bike 6 days - The bikes are old, gears are poorly adjusted, helmets are dirty, price is OK. The bikes were delivered to the hotel, so no choice. Cash payment only!

Negative - Despite contacting them via WhatsApp, we were not informed that the address given on the internet was no longer correct. When we arrived, we looked there and found out that the shop had closed four months ago. When we asked about bikes, we were asked about our age and then refused to provide us with bikes. We would consider this to be discriminatory, but it could also be that the advertised bikes do not actually exist. This rental company is very questionable.

No show - Can't rate the experience really as there wasn't one. Viator let 4 of us book bikes and pay for them only for no bikes to be available so we were left waiting for an update that never came. Had to contact them in the end to be told to contact the provider directly who then told us there was no bikes available and no record of the 4 of us booking. Surely there should be a way of not allowing a booking if there's no availability? Still awaiting refund.

DO NOT USE - Terrible experience in all honesty. We ordered 4 bikes to be delivered to our hotel for 9.00am; 10:00am comes and still no bikes. Everything was in order with our booking and confirmation numbers. We had no correspondence from anyone and had to chase up with a rep who could not give us any information. We decided to cancel the bikes as the service was extremely poor. I would not recommend using this service as you'll be left disapointed. We ended up using an e-bike rental place next to the shop called Bikes4You.
