About Indoor Ice Climbing
Feed your adrenaline with a jump from the bustling streets of Central London into a sturdy pair of crampons. Take on an exhilarating climb up a two-story vertical wall of ice using ice axes and a safety harness in the middle of Covent Garden, just blocks from Trafalgar Square and Piccadilly Circus. Learn the basics of ice climbing, or upgrade and improve your technique with expert guidance and instruction. These climbs are perfect for all skill levels and feature full safety training and professional supervision, in addition to one-on-one teaching and coaching. This indoor ice wall has been training climbers for over ten years, and offers a variety of slope gradations and overhangs to accommodate a range of skills.
It is tough, and physically demanding, but brilliant fun: a heady mix of adrenalin and excitement. You might be ten minutes from Trafalgar Square but it feels like you're scaling a distant glacier... A great experience, and another one of London's unexpected attractions!
