- Monkey Temple - Galtaji Temple or Monkey Temple is a very famous and ancient pre-historic Hindu Pilgrimage site. It is in Rajasthan state, around 10 KM away from the Pink city, Jaipur. The place has not only one but a series of temples, built in the form of a ring around the hills, surrounding the beautiful Jaipur city.
There are a series of Seven Holy Kunds, blessed as the reservoir of the holy water, by the natural water spring and the streams of the waterfall nearby.

Abhaneri is renowned for its ‘Baori’ or stepwell which was created by the locals for rainwater collection. The Baori served as a refreshing haven and an essential water source during the dry periods of the year. Chand Baori is among the deepest and most extensive stepwells in India.
Stepwells are an original Indian innovation. These substantial tanks were utilized for leisure and as water storage during drought. There was a customary practice to cleanse one’s hands and feet before entering the Harshat Mata Temple.

Brilliant Tour 🤩 - Shakeer took us on this excellent tour of the monkey temple at Galtaji, and the stepwell at Abhaneri.
The places visited are incredible, and we’ll worth the journey. The guides Shakeer sorted for us at both locations were very knowledgable and gave us enough time at each place to do what we wanted.
What made this whole day incredible was Shakeer himself. An absolute pleasure to spend time with, a genuine and friendly guy with a passion for his home city of Jaipur.
Came away with a real friend. I’d highly recommend booking one of his tours - you won’t be disappointed.

A worth while trip. - Shakeer was very professional during the trip. He never rushed us when visiting the sites.

Jaipur monkey temple, stepwell plus! - I just got back from an amazing day with Shakeer’ s tour! He was informative, personable and made me feel comfortable on one of my first days in India. From pick-up, to sites to “in the know” spot, he was fun and professional all rolled into one!
Wish I had known before I booked my other tours, as I would have used him for them all.

Shakeer is amazing - Shakeer is so personable, and makes for a truly great experience for seeing Jaipur. He's very accommodating to your needs, and he knows his guides very well. He's great conversation, and definitely plan to go back and tour with him again.

Amazing day - We just want to thank Raj for his amazing hospitality and wonderful experience! He took as to the monkey temple which was amazing then he drove for 1 hour to see the abhaneri stepwells which were breath taking! He also show us around Jaipur and his surrending to show us a little bit more apart from the turistic places ♥️ we enjoy our time with Raj...very good tour guy...amazing soul and wonderful person!! Totally recommended for any turist🙏🙏😊😊 Namaste Raj!
