The best decision ever! - Mwande was a great guide. He was so knowledgeable about SA culture, history, and places. We learned so much from his sharing and have such a better understanding and appreciation of SA because of it. The stops were great, just the perfect amount of time spent with great views/opportunities for photos. The safari experience was definitely the highlight! Here we wish we could have spent more time. We would definitely recommend this to all family and friends who can’t make it to Kruger National Park due to limited time.

Great driver, great trip! - This was a great trip. Our driver Vaughan was very lively, humorous, personable and flexible. He gave us just the right amount of background information, gave us adequate stops for food and drink and created the best itinerary before and after the visit to the Game Lodge. The scenic routes we took were breathtaking and made the very best of each route. I would recommend this trip to anyone.

Was excellent! Thanks to our perfect guide Mawande - We had an amazing 2-day trip! On our way, we visited the penguins, and afterwards, we headed to Hermanus for some whale watching. A few thankful words to our guide Mawande: He shared a lot about South Africa, its culture, and history on our way to the Lodge. We arrived at the Garden Route Game Lodge around 2 p.m., giving us time to enjoy the pool and explore the surroundings a bit. That evening, we went on our first safari, which was a fantastic experience. After the safari, we enjoyed a group dinner where we had many interesting conversations. Mawande really brought our group together, making our stay even more memorable.

Best guides in SA - As a service provider, Africa Moja Tours is outstanding! Our tour guides were early, very accommodating, knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and above all else enthusiastic. It’s easy to apply ratings when they are measurable, but our tour guides were so good, and it could easily be detected that they truly wanted to do a good job, that they were like family members – we took care of each other and had tons of fun. Given was nicknamed Superman because he had an uncanny ability to spot the animals. One instance Given spotted a male Ostrich in the distance and pointed in the general direction, so I pulled up my camera with a 300mm lens and could not find the Ostrich. So, I then pulled out my binoculars and found a small black “spot” running through the bush. His unaided sight was better than my high-powered optics. My wife and I had the time of our lives with this company.

Superb trip. - From start to finish, what a fantastic packed two days! Benjamin the driver/guide from Bokbus was an absolute gentleman and missed nothing: bravo! Stops were frequent and pertinent as we visited many interesting places en route to and from the lodge. The lodge is fantastic to be fair. The grounds are beautiful and immaculate. The huts are well equipped and quite cute to be fair. The two pools are clean and very inviting. Food and service is second to none and the dining hall is a really nice surrounding. The two drives with Zandre were incredible as we saw absolutely everything you could hope for and his educated updates were relevant and appreciated. The journey each way is really long but bareable due to Benjamin’s itinerary to be fair. All round, well worth the time and money. Thanks!

A must do when in Cape Town - We had a very nice trip which was carried out by our Driver Mawande who throughout made sure we were all comfortable and nothing was too much to ask. He provided us with quite in-depth knowledge of the country, people and areas as we passed through. The Safari was a great experience and the accommodation was of a very high standard will certainly want to visit South Africa again. I would highly recommend this trip.

Highly recommended! - It was amazing! Our tour guide was Mawande, very friendly man and has a hugely broad knowledge about South Africa that he also likes to share! We also stopped at several points which was also great fun. At Garden Route Game Lodge everything was also very well arranged. Our Guide there was Hano and he made sure we could see almost all the animals up close. You could clearly tell that he has passion for it because of all the stories he told.
