Once in a lifetime experience - We had a fantastic trip with this company. It was an unforgettable experience. We got better accomodations than I expected. Keep it in your mind that people in Tanzania usually aren't kind from our heart, they just except money or a good review from you.

3 day budget safari Serengeti + Ngorongoro NP - We just came back from safari tour and it was awesome! We have seen many animals, the big 5. The organization was perfect. We had budget option (sleeping in the tent) but one night we got lucky and slept in the cabins, which was really thoughtful and nice from them, the people from the company really care about you and try their best to make sure you feel the most comfortable. The driver/guide is very professional, knew many things about the animals and the food was tasty. I very recommend this company!

Excellent experience - I highly recommend Crater Explorer! Very good organization and communication. Emmanuel was very responsive, professional and helpful in planning my trip. And even if I had a limited time, I was able to do all the activities that I wanted to do thanks to Crater Explorer. Everything went as planned, from the pick up at the airport, transfers to the accommodation and activities meeting points. The safari in itself was amazing. I joined a great group and we saw lots of animals and beautiful landscape. I also visited the Chemka hotsprings and Materuni waterfalls which were very beautiful and the coffee tour and local lunch were such a nice cultural experience. I would definitely book with Crater Explorer again.

Safari to serengeti and ngorongoron - Very well organised and an incredible experience! They even customised our experience as we wanted to test both the lodge and the camping (very different experience). 3 days is enough as we saw all famous big five🤩 The guide is excellent and has some incredible eyesight 🤓 (still don't understand how he can spot animals so far away while driving🧐)

Unforgettable 3 days in Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater - The 3-day Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater safari was beyond anything I had expected. Emmanuel (the tour operator) was prompt, responsive, and went above and beyond to help us with our needs. Our guide, Justo, was a great driver and spotter of animals—he knew when to be patient and when to move on. Our cook made us fantastic homemade meals—they were balanced with protein, vegetables & fruits, and carbohydrates. My gut stayed happy the entire trip. The accommodation in Arusha was safe, expedient, and comfortable (we also had a view of Mt Meru). The restaurant served excellent buffet breakfast and the service was impeccable. Last but not least, the experience of visiting wild animals in their natural habitat was breathtaking. Some animals (monkeys and zebras) opted to visit us humans on the campsite ;) The photos speak for themselves. Overall, I give Emmanuel and his team 5 big stars. Highly recommend!

A Magnificent Experience! - A truly magnificent experience! We saw breathtaking wildlife, stunning views, and wonders of nature that can only be seen in Tanzania. Our guide was an excellent driver, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the animals. The chef was an expert and cooked three delicious meals a day. Our coordinator Emmanuel was so friendly and extremely prompt with his responses to all our questions. I cannot recommend this experience enough if you want to take part in something truly special.
